Compassion & Choices (www.compassionandchoices.org) -A non-profit organization working to improve care and expand choices at the end of life. Focuses on offereing support., education and advocacy.

ElderWeb (www.elderweb.com) - Contains over 6,000 reviewed links to long term care information, as well as an expanded library of articles and reports, news, and events.

Family Caregiver Alliance (www.caregiver.org) - Addresses the needs of families and friends providing long-term care at home.
